Refund policy

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • The return must be initiated by contacting our support team first

Return Process

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
  • Items returned without prior contact

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
